Stephen Ministers are lay persons who have completed extensive training in order to provide one-to-one Christian care to persons in need on behalf of the congregation.

Who may need a Stephen Minister?

Someone who is dealing with chronic or terminal illness, family frustrations and challenges, loneliness, loss of a loved one, separation or divorce, being shut in, childbirth, low self esteem, loss of a job, financial setbacks, struggling with faith in God, aging, facing changes in their lives, other concerns. All contacts are kept strictly confidential and there are no charges for the ministry.
